Wherever possible, we keep your pet’s care under one roof, supported by our extensive in‑house diagnostic facilities to ensure continuity, efficiency, and peace of mind. We have an exotics certificate holder and knowledgable nursing team, alongside an entire floor dedicated to exotics, including our tortoise hibernation hotel. We are also planning to introduce 24/7 out‑of‑hours cover in the future, further strengthening the care we provide.

We work closely with owners to agree on treatment plans that balance clinical need with practical considerations, always with clear, transparent pricing.
