Absolutely! You can sign up online or by speaking directly with our friendly team next time you visit.
Yes, you can enrol as many pets as you like in our plan.
Absolutely – Best Buddy Unlimited™ is not insurance and we always recommend that our clients take our insurance for their pets. The plan complements your pet insurance by covering preventative care such as vet consults, vaccinations and parasite preventatives, which are typically not included in insurance policies.
Your membership is a 12-month contract, designed to spread the cost of veterinary care across the year. If you choose to cancel early, we will review your account. If you’ve received services that exceed the amount you’ve paid, we will ask you to cover the difference.
Your membership is not transferable to another veterinary practice. If you need to cancel your plan before the end of the 12-month contract, your account will be reviewed, and any outstanding fees for treatment already received will be charged.

Simple, Unlimited Pet Care

Our Best Buddy Unlimited™ plan is an annual contract and will be automatically renewed. The unlimited free consultations included in the plan refer to any consultation with either a vet or nurse and include initial consultations, follow up consultations and all post operative examinations booked online and during normal published consulting hours. It does exclude out of hours emergency consultations. Annual saving is based on a medium sized dog attending 3 physical consultations and 2 video consultations and 4 written prescriptions a year.
